Blackberry Tutorial #2: How To Back Up Third Party Apps

This tutorials teaches you how to back up the third party apps on your blackberry device.

What you will need:
-Blackberry devicehttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif
-USB cable
-Computer
-Blackberry Desktop Software 6 (DOWNLOAD HERE)

Steps:
-Open up blackberry desktop software 6 and then connect your device to the computer via the USB cable
-Select back up
-Select full then ok (this is the part where you backing up everything on your phone except the third party apps)DO NOT DISCONNECT YOUR DEVICE!
-Once the back up is done click device in the upperhand corner, go down the menu and select switch devices
-Select your device
-On the next menu uncheck device data and make sure there is a check beside third party applications
-Click next to start back up
-When the back up is complete and the connect your new blackberry device select cancel because your are not switching devices
